Group classes are a fun way to stay in shape and exercise. All of our classes are built to keep you moving and active whether you are home Zooming or in the class sweating. Currently all of our live classes are by appointment only and reservations must be done in advance on our Mindbody app which you can find here. This boxing boot camp will get your heart rate up and keep it there!! Combination shadow boxing, circuit training will tone you in no time. Gloves are not required but highly recommended.
6:00 - 6:30pm
This fast and fun class will get your heartrate up there quick and keep it going all while having fun! We set up a variety of exercises and vary the rest times. You go from station to station until you do all the exercises and than start from the beginning again. The class might only be a half hour but you would be surprised at how much you will do!
5:30 - 6:00pm
Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, square, platform . Many classes combine step aerobics with body sculpting, jumping rope, sliding, or funk aerobics. This is one of our most popular classes. You will be drenched in sweat when you take this one so bring your towel!
9:30 - 10:30am
Help get back that flexibility that you are looking for with a 30min static stretching class. We will work both upper body and lower to help with sore or stiff muscles and increased range of motion.
Aerobics Class Step and Sweat
Our Aerobics class is designed to get you moving light weights or no weights. In this class you will be doing basic body motion exercises to get your heart rate up and keep it up. This class is designed for all types of people regardless of what your limitations are.
Zumba class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
