Heavy Bag Boxing
This boxing boot camp will get your heart rate up and keep it there!! Combination heavy bag circuit training will tone you in no time. Gloves are not required but highly recommended.
6:00 - 7:00pm
8:30 - 9:15am
This fast and fun class will get your heartrate up there quick and keep it going all while having fun! We set up a variety of exercises and vary the rest times. You go from station to station until you do all the exercises and than start from the beginning again. The class might only be a half hour but you would be surprised at how much you will do!

Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, square, platform . Many classes combine step aerobics with body sculpting, jumping rope, sliding, or funk aerobics. This is one of our most popular classes. You will be drenched in sweat when you take this one so bring your towel!

TRX Kettle Bell
Intense workout that will have you sweating in no time. This class involves usage of the TRX resistance strap system and pairs it up with heavy weight kettlebells to get your heartrate up fast and keep it up throughout the class
Aerobics Class Step and Sweat
Our Aerobics class is designed to get you moving light weights or no weights. In this class you will be doing basic body motion exercises to get your heart rate up and keep it up. This class is designed for all types of people regardless of what your limitations are.
