We help active adults and athletes get their life back and enjoy activities that they love…
even when all other treatments have failed
Meet Dr. Jay Myerson
Founder and Owner
Jay has been helping active adults and athletes in New Haven and Fairfield County, CT return to a pain free, active lifestyle for over 15 years. He understands that each person is unique and needs an individualized approach. His eclectic, multifaceted approach takes those who have decreased their activities or stopped being active altogether to the solution. No more relying on pain/anti-inflammatory medications, contemplating (unnecessary) surgery or remaining “stuck” or resigned to “just living with it”. Jay helps direct his patients on the right path to reach their goals.
Jay is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with his Masters in Physical Therapy, and a graduate of Arcadia University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has completed an Orthopedic and Manual Therapy Residency and Fellowship training and is Board Certified in Orthopedics (OCS). He achieved a Doctorate in Manual Therapy (DMT) and is 1 of a select few Physical Therapists in CT who is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) . He is also certified in Dry Needling (CMTPT), a certified running coach through the (RRCA) and a certified nutrition coach (NASM-CNC) and implements these skills in his clinical practice.
Jay loves to workout, golf, run, travel and spend time with his wife Justine and his two young children, Mikayla and Bernie
